What the record keeps
Aspen Cartel keeps a short record and little else. This page states what is collected, who handles it, and how to leave.
The list
If you request access, we store the email address you give us. It is used for one thing, to tell you when a record leaves circulation. The address is held and the mail is sent through Beehiiv, our newsletter processor, under their terms.
Measurement
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and load times. Both are cookieless and do not identify you. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell the list. We do not share it beyond what is needed to send the mail. We do not build profiles on you.
Leaving the record
Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Use it and you are removed. You may also reply to any dispatch and ask to be taken off by hand.
